Who is responsible for your data

Prospecta is a project run by Alvaro Sanchez and Jorge García, who are jointly responsible for the data collected on this website. You can reach us at havanaeurope@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• The date you joined the waitlist and your spot on it.
• The page that sent you here and the campaign tag in the link (utm_source), if there is one.

We also look at your IP address for a moment to stop abuse of the form. We don't store it.

Why we use it

To tell you when Prospecta launches and to give you early access. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We don't send newsletters and we don't sell or share your data.

Who processes it for us

Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States) stores the waitlist and sends our emails on our behalf, under its data processing agreement. Its main processing takes place in the United States. Transfers from the European Union are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and by Resend's participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States) hosts this website and, like any web host, handles technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page.

How long we keep it

Until Prospecta launches and for up to 12 months after, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, ask for a copy, and withdraw your consent at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or write to havanaeurope@gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD at aepd.es).
